Chief Creative & Executive Producer - plays a crucial internal and external role. Internally, the cultural leader in the office: introducing energy, excitement and information to the larger team, while acting as a leader across projects and supporting the Design Manager. Externally, presents as a creative and strategy leader: someone who can articulately analyse a problem, craft a winning solution and then wrap said solution in the most useful, usable and delightful way possible.

Qualifications in Visual Communication & Graphic Design with 25 years in live & content production. Her role in the business is to bring a practical sensibility to the daily operations; she paints acrylics, pop art & stamp images on chairs - specifically Arne Jacobson butterfly chairs.

Product Designer / Advisor
Experienced UI/UX Designer with a demonstrated history of working across multiple industries. Graduate of Design Innovation majoring in Industrial Design, Cole went from designing interfaces for physical products to interfaces for the digital space. Skilled in User Experience, Design Development and Management.
Cole is presently Lead Designer for Wellington based Digital Agency Paperkite where he also fulfils the role of Product Owner for their client BP; is a front end UI/UX Designer for UK based Ai Search Engine venture SimSage; & maintains his own illustrations, graphics & industrial design practice.
Cole works remotely from his studio in Christchurch.

Multi skilled immersive media technician - 360°, 3D, visuals (LED & projection) & animation.
Oscar is a qualified Mathematician & is known for his work in live sports visuals for premium sporting events - cricket, rugby, netball & football. Presently teaching Mathmatics at Secondary School level.
Oscar is the only individual shareholder of iSPARX™ & is a Founder.

Antony Smith, better known by his stage/producer name "Antsmif" is an award-winning composer and sound designer. He works with a wide range of artists and film makers bringing their film projects to life through music and sound.
Ants is a multi-instrumentalist and has toured the globe with a number of live acts including kiwi band Salmonella Dub. He combines his skills from stage to studio making pictures sing.
